A. Check in 4pm, check out 11am.

B. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 14 days before check in, you'll receive a full refund.

C. In winter months 4WD/AWD may be required. 

 

D. Dogs are allowed, must be nondestructive. Please do not leave dog unattended in cabin. Any damage done will be required to be paid in full.

E. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

F. Renter must be at least 21 years of age. Anyone under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

 

G. We have high speed internet which works for video conferencing and streaming. There is no cell service but most all phones have an option for WiFi Calling.

H. No campers or tents allowed on the premises unless prior approval.

I. Children must be supervised at all times. We are not liable for any injuries during your stay.

​

J. No smoking is permitted inside the cabin or inside the screen porch. 

​

K. The Cabin is off grid however it is something you will rarely notice. We have our own fresh water well which is tested and good to drink. The cabin is powered by solar panels and when there isn’t enough sun for a day the generator will provide power.

L. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
